The residents from Candon City clad with various tobacco–inspired costumes holding other images of products being produced in the city aside from tobacco capturing the attention of thousands local and foreign tourists during the street dancing along the streets in Candon City in Ilocos Sur highlighting the 11th Tobacco Festival last week.
