The Pineapple (Pinyasan) Festival is a colorful festival showcasing the province’s primary agricultural product, pineapple. The province is proud of its pineapple called Formosa which they claim to be the sweetest “queen” pineapple. The festival features a parade of floats, street-dancing competition, talent/skills/beauty competition and many other exciting activities. It is held every June 23-27 in Daet, Camarines Norte.

Bantayog Festival is celebrated in Camarines Norte every April 25th of the year. Bantayog festival features the book of Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippines’ National Hero, which is entitled “Unang Bantayog” (First Monument). The festival is also held in conjunction with the foundation anniversary of the province.

The Pabirik Festival highlights the “pabirik” (gold-panning) street dancing which depicts the gold mining industry in the province. Held every January 23 – Feburary 2 in Paracale, Camarines Norte, this coincides with the Foundation Anniversary of the town’s patron saint, Our Lady of Candelaria.

Celebrated in Capalonga, Camarines Norte every May 10-13 of the year, this festival is highlighted by street dancing and agro-industrial fair as an expression of gratitude by the local folks. The palong (rooster comb) signifies the abundant presence of rooster in the locality. This festival also celebrates the Feast Day of the Black Nazarene.
This religious festivity is held annually every May 13th in Capalonga, Camarines Norte in honor of the town’s patron saint, the Black Nazarene. Thousands of people come to the town to pay homage to the miraculous saint.
The Mercedes Kadagatan Festival is a fishermen s holiday celebration held in Mercedes, Camarines Norte, every August 6-11, in which said festivity is dedicated as a time of annual thanksgiving for the blessings and bounty received from the Almighty during the seafaring, fishing expeditions and fish farming endeavors. Held every September 24-October 7 in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte to coincide with the Feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, the festival aims to forge unity and cooperation among the local community, promote culture and arts, revitalization of mining industry, exposition of the towm’s best, homecoming and involvement of Balikbayans, all geared towards advancement and economic growth.
Held annually in Talisay, Camarines Norte every September 9 – October 4, this festival derived its name from the local word “paruy” meaning rice. It represents the municipality’s primary product as well as its cultural heritage. An array of activities are lined up to drumbeat the event.
