Idyllic and secluded, Silago is my hometown. The pacific ocean will invite you with strong big waves during high tide and calm serene lake-line ocean during low tide. It was a 2 day trip from Manila by bus in the olden days but thanks to the convenience of Silago-Abuyog road, a 3 hour drive by car along scenic rain forest made it accessible. The town I cherished and witnessed like a growing child, from local festivities to slowly adapting from urbanity. The locals are friendly and they know mostly all their neighbors so you’ll never be lost.  The ocean stretch is just welcoming for public use..a little stroll to Sudmon, Silago and corals and sandstones will welcome you.
