The Cadimahan River Tour is a project of the local government to provide visitors a refreshing and enriching ride cruising the river, as well as giving also livelihood to fisher folks living in the nearby area.

In addition to an exciting ride along the river, the site also offers various services such as: courses interpretation of resources, recreational fishing and demonstration of fishing gear used by fishers of people,and other species samples in live form, and also community participation: mangrove planting and river clean-up.

The town of Dumarao is celebrating its municipal and religious fiesta with the Padagyaw Festival from August 1 to 5. The fiesta is being held in honor of Nuestra Señora de las Nieves.
On August 1, the festivities started with an opening salvo and Fiesta ng Bayan with civic parade. The food festival will run until August 3 while the trade fair, until August 5. A play ground demonstration will be held on August 4 and on the same day until August 5, the Vesper/Feast Day with church activities. August 5 will mark the fiesta proper, with a fiesta disco at the town plaza. The year’s theme is “Padagyaw sa Pagbag-o.”
