Cathedral Falls is easy to describe. It is because of its stone formation around the waterfalls, it resembles that of a Cathedral’s pillars that is why it was named Cathedral Falls. The stones are like the huge posts of a Cathedral, though they come in different shapes. It is also the boundary of the two Barangays of Kapatagan namely Barangay Cathedral Falls and Barangay Waterfalls.

I can say that Cathedral Falls is long been open to everybody however we can still say it is still a rare find by many. There are certain reasons making it not that attractive to tourists. With its unique rectangular rock wall formations that are unevenly clumped vertically, in a much closer look they’re like an old bamboo pipe organs which are commonly be found in churches, that is why anyone would eventually consider why the falls is called by many as the Cathedral Waterfalls.

The place also holds a wide spacious sand reef that could accommodate many visitors at a time. Read More: https://steemit.com/travel/@deeday31/mindanao-travel-blog-post-10-the-splendid-beauty-of-cathedral-falls

The Cathedrals Falls is very known for its unique and captivating rock formations. It is located about 15 minutes away from the town proper of Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte.

If you’d like to gaze at waterfalls without the hiking and trekking that’s usually needed to get there, then the Cathedral Falls is most suited for you. Read More: https://www.choosephilippines.com/go/water-forms/992/CathedralFalls
