See Why the Kabujuan Islet Mesmerizes Everyone

KABUJUAN ISLET

It’s a fact that there are so many unexplored and rarely visited Islands in the Philippines. This is of course we are considered an archipelago and because we have a plethora of must-see white sand beaches spread across the country.

Kabujuan Islet is definitely not an exception. This uncrowded, go to summer destination is unspoiled because it has not been changed or damaged by people yet.

From afar, it is a captivating image of pristine nature -where a lighthouse stand tall at the center, the whiteness of the sand and the clarity of the water is already a promise of a fun filled visit.

This mesmerizing island can be reached via Surigao City either by Van or by Bus. All you have to do is tell the driver to drop you off at Claver port where bancas or small pump boats are lining up, ready to transport you to this eye-catching islet. The boat ride from Panatao Port to Kabujuan Islet takes about 20 to 30 minutes. When we went there, the waves were a bit big so it took us 10 minutes longer but it wasn’t scary at all.

Kabujuan Islet, a popular islet in Claver, Surigao del Norte, is known for its fine white sand and beautiful rock formations with an unfinished lighthouse which is its highlight. It is surrounded by beautiful turquoise water perfect for swimming. The islet has a laid-back ambiance and not crowded. There are no cottages in the islet but you can always hide under the rocks for shelter. When you go there, you need to pay Php 10.00 environmental fee and log your name in their record book.   Read More: https://iwentanyways.com/quick-day-trip-to-kabujuan-islet-in-claver-surigao-del-norte/

30 minutes ride from Panatao, across the sea, is an Islet secluded with fine white sands and beautiful rock formations. This islet had an unfinished lighthouse which highlights its beauty and purpose. According to legends, this light house was built to watch over bandits from stealing its white sands. It is located at Claver, Surigao Del Norte. People of Claver named it Cabujuan or Kabujuan Island – one of the newest most visited tourist spots in this Municipality.

My visit there is such a hit! I couldn’t forget it even for a day. Honestly, I don’t believe in love at first sight, but God! When I arrived at Cabujuan, I feel in love at first sight with the fine white sands shining before my eyes like diamonds. Plus the crystal-like ocean which makes me wants to swim whenever I please. Indeed, there are lots of things to enjoy and discover as you arrived at Cabujuan of Claver. But as for me, you will appreciate more the beauty of the island if you reach the top of the unfinished lighthouse.   Read More:   https://steemit.com/vacation/@jonhrey/in-the-heat-of-the-moment
