Tambisaan Beach

You continue on and hug the coast to reach Tambisaan Beach. On the way I stopped to have a few games of ’61’ with some locals; which was a bit of fun.

Tambisaan Beach is a nice beach with 2-3 resorts: 1 of these resorts looked very upmarket but the other 2 looked like they could be reasonably priced: they may be worth a look if you are interested.

The wind on this coast is stronger than on the west coast; this kicks up the seas and offers good wind-based water sports. Read More: http://grandpacking.co.nz/living/boracay-philippines-around-island-foot

Buruanga Beach

The perfect beaches of Aklan are not only found at Malay in the island of Boracay. For a less crowded and secluded beach, Buruanga is the place for you.

The name of the municipality, Buruanga, comes from the word “busuanga” which means “eruption” or “swell.” The name was changed from “Busuanga” to “Buruanga” when the Spaniards arrived, with the alteration probably just a clerical error.

Buruanga has lot to offer with a lot of unspoiled scenic spots. It is a secret hideaway for adventure seekers.Read More: http://www.choosephilippines.com/go/islands-and-beaches/3937/must-see-beaches-aklan/

Boracay island in Aklan, Philippines is one of the most popular island-resorts in the world. Scattered around the island are 13 magnificent white sand beaches and one of them is the Lapuz-Lapuz Beach, a private Boracay white sand beach.

Located at the northeast coast of Boracay, this beach is famous for its coves, caves and lush jungle that is home to giant fruit bats. The beach is known for its popular Bat Caves tours. Travelers also come in to enjoy the breeze, white sandy beach, snorkeling, off-shore scuba diving and other water sport activities.

Lapuz-Lapuz Beach is exclusively for the use of the guests of Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Golf Resort and Country Club. They have this amazing beach all to themselves. Although it is a private beach, it is very accessible by anyone on board a motorbike, tricycle or bicycle. There is also a way around it by sea on board an outrigger boat or a paraw sailboat, but taking this route depends on the weather.
