AWESOME BEACHES IN AKLAN

Boracay is a small island of the Philippines located south of Manila. How small is Boracay? well it  is tiny: no more than 7 kilometers long (north to south) and 1 kilometer wide for most of the island .

Boracay is very famous for it’s white sand beautiful beaches, as a whole the beaches of the Philippines have built themselves quite a reputation as being some of the most amazing beaches in the world. In 2012, Boracay was dubbed as “the best island in the world” by the travel magazine Travel + Leisure (a famous international travel magazine based in NYC).  Read More:  http://www.amazingplacesonearth.com/boracay-beach-philippines/

Yapak Beach

Most people call Yapak Beach by its other name, Puka Beach, due to its having numerous puka shells, which are useful in making accessories and ornaments. Native jewelry pieces made from the shells were the rage in the 70’s and many tourists still visit the place for the same body ornaments. On the beach itself, people can find many great restaurants where they can dine and relax to their heart’s content. Yapak Beach has become synonymous with serving up the best local seafood which is always freshly caught that same day.

It’s pure and crystal clear waters with powdery white sands are what make it a prime tourism spot which people keep returning to and it is the location of Yapak Beach.  Read More:  http://boracaylive.com/yapak-beach/

White Beach

I came to the Philippines in search of the perfect beach and I found it within the first few hours of arriving.  White Beach in Boracay.

Stretching four kilometers across the entire western side of the island, White Beach has everything you could possibly need – with crystal clear turquoise waters and white sand beaches, freshly caught seafood and seemingly everlasting sunshine.

It’s no wonder that it’s regularly voted as being one of the top 5 beaches in the world!

Towards the north, you can escape the tourists and and it feels like you’re relaxing on your own private beach.  Read More:  https://www.neverendingfootsteps.com/2012/01/14/finding-paradise-in-boracay/

Diniwid Beach

Hidden from Boracay’s main White Beach by a cliff, Diniwid Beach is a secluded beach strip that offers more privacy to visitors unlike the crowded White Beach. It’s a favorite destination of the Europeans if they’re not into the windy feel of Bulabog beach and looking for a homey vacation place.

The most prominent landmark of the beach is the exclusive Private Villas with the majestic view of the place and the sea that you also see in postcards.

This is the recommended beach in Boracay Island that’s away from the crowd, yet so near to the commercialized place.  Read More:  http://boyetstour.blogspot.com/2012/11/diniwid-beach-boracay.html#.WLtghX_IJpY
