INTERESTING PLACES IN CAMIGUIN
The nice climate and the steep hills, the widespread evergreen forest cover that is home to a wide range of different bird species, the amazing scenery and views, and the nice cool sea breeze blowing from the ocean, will absolutely make you feel relaxed when visiting Camiguin Island in the Philippines.
You can board a ferry to reach this amazing island or use a simple pump boat that is more common to access the other small islands within, such as the white island, where you can go for sunbathing or surfing in the mild waves. You can join the locals in game fishing and catch some fresh tuna and barracuda. The locals are friendly and hospitable and they can guide you around. To go around the island, you can use motorbikes or rent a minivan with a driver to access various nice spots.
Some of the favorite tourist attractions in Camiguin Island include both cold and hot springs, the Katibawasan waterfalls with a large amount of water plunging into the stream that flows around the island. You may also find various crops such as fruits and coconuts along the way to replenish your thirst. Ardent Spring

The Ardent Hot Springs is one of the real highlights on Camiguin Island! It is located only 10 minutes or 4 km by motor bike from the tourist beaches in Agoho and Yumbing, in the mountainside of the famous Hibok – Hibok Volcano, which supplies the hot and crystal clear water.
The water comes right out of the forest with a temperature of just above 40°C. It is then mixed with some colder water and guided into 4 separate pools which are arranged in cascades.

Binangawan Falls

The falls is located in the municipality of Sagay. It has several miniature and gigantic waterfall that gush through the granite stone. It’s water goes through the main pool that is surrounded by thick vegetation. White Island

White Island is an uninhabited white sandbar located about 1.4 kilometers (0.87 mi) off the northern shore of Mambajao in the volcanic island of Camiguin in the Philippines. The island is generally horseshoe shaped, although the tides constantly resize and reshape its exact form. There is no tree or shelter of any kind, and it is composed solely of white sands.
White Island attracts thousands of tourists every year. The island can be accessed from Barangay Agoho or Brgy. Yumbing in Mambajao about 4 to 6 kilometers (2.5 to 3.7 mi) west of the Poblacion or town center. Small boats can be hired from any of the beachfront resorts that face the island.
