Tsinelas made in the city of Gapan, Nueva Ecija find their way all over the country, lending credence to the city’s claim to be the Tsinelas Capital of the Philippines. Gapan commemorates their major industry with the Tsinelas Festival on the anniversary of their cityhood. Beautifully crafted slippers await festivals-goers in a slippers bazaar along the highway. Kapagayan Festival

Palay, it is the main product of municipality of Llanera. It is because three fourths of the total land area of the municipaltiy is use for the production of rice. This induced the Mayor of Llanera is organizing a festival. A festival which unite all the community people of Llanera. United people which aims to promote their main product, the palay. And they called the event, KAPAGAYAN FESTIVAL.
 
Kapagayan festival started since 2009 to give thanks for the fruitful harvest of the farmers. The festival lasts for 5 days, from May 7 to May 11.
