Siargao is famous, locally and internationally, for the cloud 9 waves; however, for those who don’t surf or are done surfing, there are other things to do. One such activity is island hopping; Daku Island is the biggest in the trio which includes Guyam and Naked Islands. Daku has fine bone-white sand, emerald waters, and swaying coconut trees — all of which make it the perfect tropical destination. It also has a barangay with friendly locals. Ever been to Siargao, The Surfing Capital of the Philippines? Then you should also try walking in the white sands of Naked Island. Just like the White Island of Camiguin, Naked Island of Siargao doesn’t have any plants or trees growing except for some small bushes around it.
It is probably one of the top tourist spots in Siargao because of the beautiful scenery that you can only find in the island. Naked Island is one of the three islands visible from the shores of General Luna, Siargao. Read More: https://www.vigattintourism.com/tourism/articles/The-Beautiful-Naked-Island-of-Siargao
This island was not named as Naked for no reason. Seeing the island from afar gives you the idea why this island was called as such. There are no trees, no shed, no everything. Just the open white sand. Though upon arriving at the island there is a small bench are but can’t fit so much people in there.
Naked Island is perfect for photo ops. The open white sand is so picturesque. It’s like you are in a secluded island out in the middle of the ocean. Read More: https://chasingculprit.blogspot.com/2017/12/naked-island-in-siargao.html

Naked Island is included on the itinerary if you booked a tour for Surigao. But in case you will have a tour here by your own, don’t forget to check this small all white – called Naked Island.
From the name itself – all naked, means nothing in there except sand. And during high tide, this island is not visible. Huge waves are also expected in here. We were having a hard time going down from the boat due to huge waves. Read More: https://iwanderphilippines.com/naked-island-surigao-del-sur/
