Mablaran Falls is located in Linawan, San Andres, Romblon Philippines.

It’s the perfect spot for picnic lovers in the region, as its lush foliage offers a wonderul communion with nature. Aside from its picturesque lawn, the waterfall plunges into a 20-foot deep pool of water, making it a sight to behold. Read More: http://www.localphilippines.com/attractions/mablaran-falls

Mablaran Falls is more of a hangout spot than an epic waterfall. A small waterfall pans into a large pool. The main attraction at Mablaran waterfall on Tablas Island was the rope swing. Kids took turns swinging on a vine and launching into the water. It wasn’t a man-made rope like most swings, it was actually a vine, which was super cool. We joined in with the kids as they showed us their four stacker rope swing tricks and enjoyed making fun of my Tagalog.

Lots of families brought bbq’s, snacks and alcohol ready for a big day. We were the only foreigners in the whole joint but as always the locals made us feel welcome.

Mablaran Falls was the least impressive of the four we visited all day but I think we had the most fun here hanging out with the kids on the rope swing and joining in the family fun atmosphere.  Read More: https://www.journeyera.com/tablas-island-waterfalls-romblon/

Mablaran Falls is probably the favorite summer destination of people in Tablas Island. Entering the Mablaran Falls, there is a huge pool that was built to hold the freezing water just like a reservoir. The water comes naturally from the mountains in the Calsanag area. Beneath the 15 feet waterfall, the river runs 4 to 5 yards deep and there are shallow areas embedded with smooth rocks. The rocks surrounding the river are low enough and some locals are using them as diving platforms. The local government also added cottages and tables for picnics of families and friends.   Read More:  https://explora.ph/attraction/826/mablaran-falls
