The Alapad Hill and Rock Formation is one of the magnificent tourist destinations in the Batan Island. It is a favorite among tourists because it offers a picturesque view of the Pacific Ocean. The hills offer great scenery of the curvy hill while the rock formation will amaze the tourists. Before reaching the destination one will totally enjoy the most scenic road in Batan Island which is the Imnajbu Road Cliffs.

Alapad Hill and Rock Formation. Most tour guides will mention about a 1991 Carlos Siguion-Reyna movie which is an adaptation of an Emily Bronte classic novel, Wuthering Heights. I was on the brink of asking Art, my guide, to recreate with me the famous scene of Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta in the movie “Hihintayin Kita Sa Langit”. But then he would find it weird, so I just silently admired the stunning rock formations surrounding Alapad Hill, the exact location of the scene. Below, the waves broke up into foamy sprays as they crashed against the craggy rocks. The Alapad Hill and Rock Formations are included in the South Batan tour.
