Ariel’s Point

Ariel’s Point is a small rocky island 30 minutes from Boracay with 5 diving boards, ranging from 3 to 15 meters.

The challenge of cliff diving combined with the natural environment, the social setting, unlimited drinks and a BBQ buffet make it one of Boracay’s most popular things to do.

It’s a day trip and the use of activity equipment such as snorkeling gear, stand up paddleboards and kayaks is included.  Read More:  https://boracaycompass.com/things-to-do/

Bakhawan Eco Park

From the center of Kalibo, I just hired a tricycle at a very cheap cost to take me to Bakhawan Eco-Park . It was easy and the trip only took us less than half an hour.

Located in New Buswang in Kalibo, so many tourists are visiting here because of the natural and pristine beauty of the place.  I could not wait to find out more. Once inside the Bakhawan Eco-Park, you will find this very long bamboo trail that will take you to the other side of the Mangrove forest.

The trail is over a kilometer long and it will take you to some of the scenic areas. It was a long walk so they have benches where you can take a seat and rest. It was a humid day during our walk to the park so make sure to carry some water with you. Read More:  http://www.angelotheexplorer.com/2017/08/exploring-bakhawan-eco-park-in-kalibo.html

Malay Eco Park

A short tricycle ride away from Caticlan Port is Malay Eco Park. Here, you can relax in peace as the place is very serene, and shaded with lots of trees. Cottages are scattered around the area for those who want to have a picnic or maybe just sleep. There are also a few animals on the loose, like birds, goats, and even rabbits.

Upon entering the park, you will immediately see a display of a giant fossilized Leatherback Sea Turtle, and a few steps from it, a butterfly garden. Thecrew will help you pick up butterflies by spraying your hands with sugar water. It turns out that while some butterflies love flower nectar, others prefer to eat sugar from rotting fruits.  Read More:  http://windowseat.ph/aklan-things-to-do/
