Danao Beach is the rocky neighbour to Alona Beach, with sandy stretches and coves breaking up the mostly rugged coastline. Some resorts here have a beach, but some don’t. The jagged rocks and thorny brush make it impossible to walk along the shore to Alona, so each of the beachfront hotels here is especially isolated and quiet. So most visitors any trip outside one of these resorts will require transport. This isolation will make them ideal for some visitors, but not all. If considering booking a hotel in Danao be sure to look at photos and to know what to expect.
Danao is used by a lot of divers, whose focus is the hug coral reef offshore, not doing things on land. Read More: http://true-beachfront.com/guide/danao-beach-panglao-island-bohol-philippines-beach-resorts
