AWESOME BEACHES IN AKLAN

Boracay is an island of the Philippines placed more or less 315 km (200 miles) south of Manila and 2 km off the northwest tip of Panay Island in the Western Visayas locale of the Philippines. In 1990, it was voted by the BMW Tropical Beach Handbook as one of the best sunny shores in the planet and again in 1996 by British distribution TV Quick as the planet’s number one tropical beach.

Boracay is at present Philippines’ number one visitor terminus. This paradisiacal island offers one of the best sunny shores in the planet, a tropical atmosphere, great sustenance, a gathering scene, and numerous exercises for the guest. Punta Bunga Beach

Punta Bunga had the wow factor for me. I fell in love with it and thought it was the best beach in Boracay. With its crystal-clear waters and soft white sand, Punta Bunga is unspoiled and idyllic.

When the sun came out, we headed straight to the beach to lap it up. Kalyra jumped on the stand-up paddle board, and I grabbed the kayak for a solo paddle to explore some of the beaches south of Punta Bunga heading towards Diniwid Beach.

There is a set allocated time each day when the snorkelling gear is for free. The paddle boards and kayaks are available for rent. Bugtongbato Beach

Bugtong bato is a quiet barangay with a quiet beach that is ideal if you or your family want to have a day-on-the-beach trip. There are few resorts in the area but the last time we went there, we just parked the car near the beach. There are public transportation from Ibajay town proper (tricycle) that stops at the plaza. If you have a car, I suggest that you use the new highway which passes through Jawili. The view is amazing! Across the beach on the other side of the highway is the mangrove park which is worth a try. I stayed there for a few hours just to savour the beauty of nature. Manoc Manoc Beach

Manoc-Manoc Beach is located on the southernmost end of Boracay Island and is a great venue to enjoy different activities like swimming and snorkeling to look at the local aquatic life. Additionally, it also provides a scenic view of the hills and mountains of the island as well as the port of Caticlan on the opposite shore. Locals now thrive here, selling everything from water, refreshments, food and other essentials for visitors to the island.

Manoc Manoc Beach holds many attractions which are unique to its location. From its shores, guests will have an amazing view of Caticlan Island where all guests first arrive, along with the complete mountain range in its background. The beach’s location also allows visitors to see the most beautiful sunsets which have made Boracay so favored among many tropical destinations.
