Buaya Beach

The sandy beach lining the coast of Brgy. Buaya is (arguably) the best swimming beach in Sicogon Island. It was once the setting for the seaside pavilion of Sicogon Island Resort.
The opulent structures of the resort are long gone. Instead, tall coconut trees and nipa hut dwellings of locals now dominate the landscape. The main cluster of the Gigantes Islands can be seen from Brgy. Buaya side of Sicogon.
There are beach cottages near the middle part of the beach. These simple nipa hut accommodations are available for day trippers and “overnighters.”
The mid-part of the beach has the widest shoreline and has the lightest colored/finest sand. The sand in Sicogon has a slight yellow/orange tint. Walking further east or westwards, the coast gets more irregular. Read More: http://www.exploreiloilo.com/do/info/sicogon/
Bulubadiangan Island

Why visit Bolobadiangan Island?
Keep in mind that Bulubadiangan is one of the Concepcion islands that gets a lot of visitors, but that shouldn’t sway you from paying a visit. Here are just a few reasons why the island is worth a visit:
- It has gorgeous white sand and very tempting blue waters.
- It has a sandbar that shifts left or right depending on the direction of the wind.
- It offers a great view of the other outlying islands of Concepcion. One of the best ones you can get a view from is the majestic
- Mt. Manaphag in Pan de Azucar Island.
- It’s home to different kinds of marine life, which means snorkeling is a good activity in this island.
- It is small enough to be circumnavigated in an hour.

Cabugao Gamay Island
Photo from: http://www.balticmuse.com/2016/03/12/gigantes-islands-iloilo-philippines/
Being the icon of Isla de Gigantes, Cabugao Gamay is probably the most photographed island in Gigantes Sur. Upon reaching the island, you will immediately notice its unique shape, its powdery white sand and the healthy coconut trees lined up against the blue skies.
Unlike other islands I’ve seen in various trips to beaches, islands in Gigantes have a unique shape. Cabugao Gamay looks like two islands — one bigger than the other — separated by a sandbar in the middle. Antonia Beach has a very similar shape but larger. Unlike Antonia Beach, both sides of Cabugao Gamay are good spots to swim in, with one facing the sunrise and another one facing the sunset. Read More: http://www.iheartph.com/cabugao-gamay.html
