The Ullalim Festival is a tourism and industry promotional event for three days (February 13-16) showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the people and their bountiful natural resources.

A cultural festival showcasing the life and culture of the Kalinga through sports, crafts including indigenous food.

For many years, people’s conception regarding the Kalinga people borders on descriptions of head-hunters and warriors. But through the years, the Kalinga people have shown the world that they are not only a progressive community but peace-loving as well. On February 12-16, Kalinga Province celebrated its culture, the very fabric that connects and weaves each life in this place that is surrounded by majestic mountains, hidden beauty of natures and fun-loving people. The Ullalim Festival is a celebration of the beauty and uniqueness of the unblemished culture of the Kalinga people that has been attracting a number of tourists – foreign and domestic ever since its inception in 1995.
