The beautiful Kalanggaman Island is located at Palompon, a province of Leyte an approximately 1 hour boat ride from Palompon mainland and around 3 hours bus ride from Tacloban City to Palompon.
This beautiful island is famous for its white powdery sand, crystal clear blue water, stunning corals, abundant marine life and the famous long sandbars stretching on both side of the island. It is dubbed as one if not the most beautiful sandbars in the Planet and one of the most beautiful island in the country.
The surrounding of the beach is really calm, safe and truly relaxing one of the reason is because the island is not always crowded.When you get here, you’ll feel like you’re a castaway in a beautiful way.
