TOURIST ATTRACTIONS

Naga City is the center of commerce in Camarines Sur. This is also known as the heart of Bicol. Naga city is an urban center sprawling with different businesses and different people from the nearby towns and cities. But despite its being urbanized, there is still a place in the city where you can enjoy the beauty of nature. Naga City is at the foot of Mt. Isarog and there are several waterfalls located at the Naga City side of Mt. Isarog National Park. Engkanto Falls

With its multi-tiered cascades and natural allure, it’s easy to see how Engkanto Falls got its name. The falls, named after creatures of local folklore usually characterized as forest spirits or elves, are believed to live in natural dwellings in the environment.

This waterfall located in Barangay Bikal, Libmanan is one of the lesser explored attractions in Camarines Sur. Unlike more accessible spots that are usually crowded with day-trippers or have become overdeveloped, Engkanto Falls remains relatively untouched and pristine. It still has that air of mystery. Even if you don’t believe in the supernatural, it’s the kind of place where creatures from folklore could exist.  Read More:  http://www.traveling-up.com/trek-to-engkanto-falls-libmanan/

Bagolatao / Pebble Beach

I find the beach still and calm, as well as the town. There were only few people outside. It was quiet and serene, which what I had actually needed to de-stress.

The beach was okay. I took a swim but it was too shallow that I didn’t able to enjoy it so much. But the kids were able to have fun. They were too fond of the rocks and pebbles that some of them brought home a few. We spent the rest of our day having chitchats over chips and beers. Although I felt short to enjoy the beach, it was the time and bonding moments with my family and relatives that I had really appreciated in our trip to Bagolatao town.  Read More:  http://marxtermind.com/the-pebble-beach-in-bagolatao-minilabac/
