Whilst the whitesand is fine and the sea is generally calm that creates the bays making these beaches ideal for children. Dicotcotan is a Palanan word meaning “to sink” due to the softness of the sand that causes one’s feet to sink or to be immersed in it, leaving a deep trail of footsteps.

Dicotcotan Beach is one of our favorites! Made for the young and hip generation of Palanan, the place has good music, good times, and good food. Dicotcotan Beach is a playground for beach volleyball, or for those who want to be less energetic, there’s plenty of space to relax on a sun bed and take in the rays, or alternatively just relax in the shade where you can hang out, take in the atmosphere and watch the world go by.
The Coast of Palanan is a tropical municipality with one of the best coastlines in Asia. It has numerous beaches with white sand, and clean, clear, and cool blue waters. Be sure to relax in the temperate tropical sun and get the ideal tan that will be the envy of your friends back home.
