Lingayen,Pangasinan.This is one of the historical places during the time of Spaniards.This is where Gen. Douglas MacArthur and his men landed.Tourist enjoy not only the beach but also the historical site featured at the capitol ground.There is an OPEN MUSEUM where there are statues,maps,reading materials and pictures.Another great attraction is the house of Princess Urduja,the princess who help the Filipinos in their battle with the Spaniards.This is really a nice place to visit and relax.During the “Pistay Dayat” more people come to have fun and enjoy this fiesta .”Pistay Dayat” is a a word which means “fiesta at the beach”.This activity happens every last week of April until May 1.The fiesta at the beach is to thank God for the blessings that the people in Pangasinan get from the beach.
